Acidic touch

Those who i touch with this acid of me i leave a mark on. I can melt the sorrow. Yet i can bring forth pain. I can heal the heart. Yet i can burn it. I can blind the eyes. Yet i can open them. I can touch the soul. Yet also break it. Its it as such as cyanide? The toxic poison. Yet a cure for cancer... Can i control my acid? So far... I think not...
