My Brothers Family

how can one treat a child as such? no explanation.. no calmnes.. just yelling, screaming, hiting..
how does one make it so almost everyday the child crys.. he doesnt understand any no one teaches him or explains...
they hit out of anger, not for punishment.. they swear and curse and yel and he inturn developes this patten 2 and a 6yr old swears and constantly yels and has barely developed in any sense of learning..
i have no say to tel them 2 stop.. i cant do anything. i have no power at al. and if i try i get yelld upon.
i shal never do that 2 my child.. sadly its too late for their children...
